JIM HOUSING is the manager of BB Ranch in Platte County and is in the process of evaluating Pasture Rangeland, Forage-Rainfall Index (RI-PRF) insurance options. He is looking for a strategy to better manage production risk on their native pastures. It is fall and has been extremely dry throughout the past summer.
